My husband and I decided a long time ago that it was important for us to continually introduce different kinds of foods and flavors to our family. Not only does it give us various nutritional benefits, it also expands our palate so we enjoy a variety of healthy foods.
The draw back to introducing new foods can be knowing things like how to select them from your grocer, how to prepare and store them or even knowing what their nutritional value is. I hope to help answer some of those questions and to inspire you to become and advocate of learning about Nutritional Living. There is a wealth of information at our fingertips.
